          Mobile route sale app

          The comprehensive and dynamic mobile sales force automation solution has been designed to offer suppliers a simple and powerful tool to order from their sales team in the store.

          The system allows you to choose between different application use profiles and thus cover the main forms of operation in route sales activity such as pre-sale, sale with product on board (auto-sale), sale of perishable products (cold chain), distribution (delivery) and collection management. Each of them integrated into a single system to facilitate control and data collection from mobile devices.

          The system has access to a mobile device administration portal (Mobile Enterprise Portal), in which the data from each of the smartphones or handheld is concentrated, allowing the generation of various personalized reports and the visualization of the route map. In addition, the system has connection capabilities to various external systems (ERP), both legacy and leading companies, thus allowing the exchange of data in real time and thus making the most of the ability to have the information required by their systems, for processing.

          Functionalities

          The Dynamic App On-Road Sale system has been designed to operate on devices with Android operating system.

          Sale with product on board:

          The seller makes the visit to the store, in a transport with the products on board, taking the order and delivering it to the place.

          Mobile pre-sale: The seller visits the store to take the order, then a transport makes the delivery / distribution to close the sale process.

          Delivery and distribution: A transport with inventories on board executes the delivery of products in accordance with the orders made by the seller in a pre-sale mode.

          Mobile collection (Optional module): facilitates the collection process during the visit at the point of sale. It allows the collection with different payment methods.

          Print sales receipt or send it via email to the customer.

          You can display a suggested order to be driven by the seller at the point of sale.

          It allows the use of a scanner integrated in the device or the use of RFID (if your device is a handheld).

          Geolocation of the seller in the field using the built-in GPS.

          Allows supply in CEDIS.

          Ability to manage products with established expiration dates (perishable products), with cold chain management.

          Allows electronic billing.

          • Due to the new legislation in Mexico, the functionality of ¨Carta porte¨ can be added to the system.

          Dynamic App Mobile Route Sales is an integral solution designed for companies in the consumer goods sector whose business model is the sale to points of sale (distributors), who are visited by sellers who place orders and, later, a transport delivers the goods or directly transport the products in their transport unit.

          All mobile applications offered on the Mobility ONE platform offer web access to a mobile device management portal, pre-defined reporting system and geo-location of users (route visualization). 

          Technical assistance

          All the solutions contained in the Mobility ON platform include technical assistance service during standard hours, which can be 24x7x365 (optional).

          Mobile Gateway Connect

          Integration module (interface) for importing and exporting data from and to external databases in TXT format or via WS connection. Through this component you can feed the system with your products and download the data generated by your mobile users.

          Deployment

          The solutions contained in the Mobility ONE platform can be implemented in SaaS mode = By subscription, it does not require infrastructure since all services are provided from the MSP cloud. On Premise = Implemented on your servers, requires infrastructure in your company.

          Integration capacity

          The solutions integrated in the Mobility ONE suite have the ability to integrate various management systems in your company, thereby supplying and consulting data in real time to your internal system (ERP). These integrations require interface parameterization depending on the required scopes. It does not include integration costs in the prices presented, since these will be set in each particular case of your company.

          The parameterization of the interface to your system is done through the use of the Gateway Connect developed by MSP, which uses direct connection Web Services. The system includes the download of information in MS-Excel and / or Text format.

          These integration services are independently priced, check with your assigned executive for the required scopes.
