            It allows the user to capture the visits and non-collection of the different clients that are registered on that day.

            The client:

            By clicking on the Enter button it can be marked as Collection or No Collection, in this case we will select Collection.

            Clients: This module allows the user to collect and not collect from different clients, since it shows the entire client catalog regardless of the day.

            Paying: This module allows you to view the indicators of all the information that has been captured during the day.

            Syncro: This module allows you to send the information captured on the computer and receives the updated information on the portal.

            This solution has access to the Mobility Enterprise Portal from which you can have access to the management of mobile users and real-time reports of the commercial activities of your team, in addition to having the ability to connect to various ERP systems that your company currently uses through Mobility Gateway Connect, which allows its current administrative system to be connected to the mobile Collection system.

            Who is it for?

            The Dynamic App Mobile Collection solution has been designed for all types of companies in the commercial and / or financial sector with the need to have a technological tool based on the use of mobile devices for their collection managers, which allows them to carry out the slow payer  information, unpaid invoices or overdue debts with x predetermined days.

            The system allows the application of payments on account in invoices or allowing the total payment of the debt.

            The application also offers the functionality of generating payment promises, so that the client signs and commits to making the payment on certain dates. It allows both the printing of the promise and the digital signature.

            Take advantage of the fact that your sales teams visit your customers and add the ability to collect on-site.

            The functional modules of the system are described below:

            • Security access: Security is presented when accessing the application within the mobile device, requesting a username and password.
            • Route: Allows you to have a planned work route to be carried out by each of the collection agents, this allows you to have a daily, organized and updated work plan.
            • Visits supervision: With the employee assistance section, you can control the time the visit starts and ends at a point of sale. As well as the time you start and end their workday.
            • Customer information: unique identifier for each customer, where they are assigned a barcode that already contains general information about it, so the employee can have customer information to start placing the order.
            • Information on folios or documents: Contains all the information on your last payments made, the folios and dates on which they were made.
            • Payment / ticket printing: It captures the amount of the payment to be made, a folio is assigned and after them a ticket is printed as evidence of payment.
            • Sound recorder: evidence the customer’s promise of payment, for those who are behind in their payments and propose a date for their next payment.
            • Photographs or signatures: Evidence of the visit to the home, electronic signature that supports the visit.
            • GPS geo-location: It acts as a locator through the integrated GPS device, having the entire workforce located and inspected
            • Synchronization: Sends the information collected on the mobile device to the server, synchronizing the data online or at the end of daily activities.

            Dynamic Collection App is integrated into the Dynamic App Sales en route system, being able to contract in an integral or independent way.

            Architecture

            Mobile Dynamic App. Fully flexible and adaptable mobile system, developed for platform with Android OS operating system.

            Security. It has encryption algorithms based on 128-bit eliptical curve standards in transmission and databases.

            Mobility Enterprise Portal. All mobile applications offered on the Mobility ONE platform offer web access to a mobile device management portal, pre-defined reporting system, user geo-location (route visualization).

            Technical assistance. All the solutions contained in the Mobility ONE platform include technical assistance service in standard hours, which can be 24x7x365 (optional).

            Mobile Gateway Connect. Integration module (interface) for importing and exporting data from and to external databases in TXT format or via WS connection. Through this component you can feed the system with your products and download the data generated by your mobile users.

            Deployment. The solutions contained in the Mobility ONE platform can be implemented in SaaS mode = By subscription, it does not require infrastructure since all services are provided from the MSP cloud. On Premise = Implemented on your servers, it requires infrastructure in your company.

            Integration capacity

            The solutions integrated in the Mobility ONE suite have the ability to integrate to various management systems in your company, thereby supplying and consulting data in real time to your internal system (ERP). These integrations require interface parameterization depending on the required scopes. It does not include integration costs in the prices presented, since these will be set in each particular case of your company.

            The parameterization of the interface to your system is done through the use of the Gateway Connect developed by MSP, which uses direct connection Web Services. The system includes the download of information in MS-Excel and / or Text format.
